Towing Mirrors for a 1997

I'm looking for a new set of mirrors for my 1997. Currently, I have the old-style silver mirrors with the power option. I would like to go with the black extended towing mirrors that I see on some of the newer 24 valve trucks. If this swap is possible, I would like to purchase the factory Dodge mirrors. If anyone has information on this procedure or the cost of the mirrors, let me know. Also, if anyone has a set of these mirrors and is interested in selling them, let me know.

Thanks,
Kenny

I have the 2001 dodge tow mirrors on mine.
The kit from Dodge comes with everything needed, even replacement door panel clips and good instructions. Took about 30min. total to install all. A door panel tool would be helpful and a torque wrench.
I got mine from
www.magauto.com ask for Mike.
Later,
Robbie

I replaced mine and got them from the dealer. $245 and about 20-30 minutes of work. I already had the door panels off putting in a stereo so it was a piece of cake. Made a HUGE difference in the appearance of the truck. I had the older style of towing mirrors. I just have to get the 4 holes in each door filled and repaint the truck. :'(
