Tires

I have a 2002 Ram 2500 FR Sport short bed 2 wheel drive. I need some new tires could you guys give me some idea's. Right now I have Cooper Discover ATR 265/75r/16. They look small in the wheel well. I will be pulling a horse trailer so I will need tires that are good for long hi-way hauls with good rain traction. Won't see to a lot of snow or ice. As you can tell this is my first big truck.

I would go with some bfg all terrain they are kind of expensive but they will last you forever. My first set I put about 90,000 miles on them. I would go with 265/75r16

I have 265/75 on my 2wd right now, I was going to get the BFG A/T's pretty soon actually. Good Choice.

Highest rated A/T tire on tirerack is the Bridgestone Dueller A/T Revo. That's what I run, and with rebate at Firestone was $750 installed. I recommend them, but be careful on the load rating with any tire you buy.
