Tire Size

Alright, need some help here. What do you guys think are the biggest size tires that I can fit under my 2WD truck. I'm runnin 265/75 right now, think I could fit some 285/75's under it? Or bigger?

do you know how much lower your front end sits compaired to a 4x4? on our 4x4's we ran something about 33" tall and 8" wide. I think it was a 285x55x16 with no troubles at all. I'm pretty sure at stock hight on the 4x4 we could have also run the bfg's AT TA's the one truck has now. there somewhere around 33.2x11.

285's should be no problem! I have heard the 305/70/16's will fit.... but have never actually seen it??

I just got my 265/75's like 2 months ago, I want some bigger ones though. This sucks, it would be stupid to buy a new pair now.
