I took my truck to a performance shop to have them install a gsk, adjust the valves, and put in some 60lb. valve springs so I can install a pacbrake before I take a long trip.

Here is the ticking noise... I'm going to take it back to the shop tomorrow, what do you all think?

The camera captures more of a knock than a tick, but you can still hear it.

 

you have no problems...... i want my engine to sound like that

 

Sounds like a miss as well, I would have them check their work on the valve adjustment............

 

Took the truck back today and we re-adjusted the valves. Much better now.
