Those with a J hook.

Did any of you ever round off the only bolt there is to remove?

Im basically stuck with this j hook now unless i can get the old bolt out. Any tips or ideas? I tried liquid wrench but it just wouldnt turn.

it should be a nut...u may be able to get to it with a pair of vise grips. thats the only thing i could think of. the nut is 10mm.

This one is 1/2 inch..

I have a set of sockets that remove rounded and damaged bolts. It has teeth that grab and sink in as you turn backwards. I bought one set at Sears and another from Matco.

I did beat a size smaller on there and it stil slipped off, next is a littler persuasion with the torch...
