The Banks brake should have nothing to do with the smoke unless it is not operating properly in which case you should know it right away.
We need some more info on your set up (engine mods, etc) to help diagnose the issue if there is one.

BTW, take off your caps lock, sounds like you are hollering at us.

I wouldn't put this on the exhaust brake. Usually this behaviour is the result of fueling mods.
If you'd fill in the details of your truck in your sig you could get better suggestions.
Also writing it all in caps is considered shouting on the most boards. (Including this one)

To get back on topic:

If you have a 12V I'd suggest looking into your starwheel adjustment, if you've got a 24V you can look into the settings for your box. Both procedures set the amount of fuel that can be injected at low boost. Performance mods usually increase the amount of low boos fueling to achieve more get up and go, but too much fuel will make big black clouds and also decrease fuel economy. A good setting usually will smoke a bit if you mash the go pedal, but will clear up soon. ( I'm talking about street rigs, not 500hp+ pulling or drag racing stuff)

Hope that helps

Edit: Somebody beat me to the send button- note to self- get bombed keyboard and performance mouse

Do you have bigger injectors??? If not and you are seeing black smoke on take off then your air cleaner is probly the dirty. There are other things it can be but that is a good easy place to start.

Fill out your signature so we know what kind of rig you have.

Tricky... you could either have bigger injecors (assuming you bought the truck second hand) or maybe bad injectors. Did this behaviour start when you put the exhaust brake on?
Something else could be dirty/bad IAT or MAP sensors. I'd remove and clean them both.

Just my 2c
