Go with the EZ . The Superchip wont give you much.
Get some gauges first.

I had both. Like texasturbo said, the superchip doesn't really do that much. Don't get me wrong you can fell it has a little more. I went from a stock air filter to a K&N and I would say the superchip felt like it made just a little more then the air filter its self did. The code scan feature of the superchips is nice to have. It can be really nice to have if you don't have access to a scan tool. The EZ really made a noticable difference. I didn't run either one long enough to note any fuel mileage changes. They're suppost to help, as long as you keep your foot out of it.

I have both, and now all I use is the EZ. The superchips doesn't have a boost fooler so if you put a load on the engine the EGTs will climb and you have no extra air to cool it with. If you try to raise the boost with a boost elbow the ECM will start to defuel at around 21psi.
The EZ has a boost fooler built in and you can go to the full boost the turbo can put out (if needed) without defueling. You will see a much bigger increase with the EZ especially in the lower ranges.
My advice as stated above is to go with the Edge EZ or Comp. It will be a better deal for your money.
Just my $0.02 worth.

If you tow then the EDM Mach 1.5s will be about all your stock turbo will handle, if you will never tow then maybe the Mach 2s. I would ask Don M on this. The next question is will you pierce the VP-44 pump wire? If not then the EZ will do. I hear the adjustability argument with the Comp, but lets face it; it will be put on the highest level and stay there. I have the EZ and it was installed on the highest level and I have had no desire to lower it so the adjust feature would be a waste of money. If you will pierce the pump wire then you might have to upgrade the turbo if you still do the injectors to something like a HX35/Hx40 hybrid.
The Scotty will be a good investment. As mentioned above; if you do this get some GAUGES FIRST.
Good luck and have fun.
