Super B waste gate Adjust?

Super B waste gate Adjust?
I think its pretty basic but I thought Id run it by you all just to be sure.
I have an adjustible boost elbow but its not seeming to make a differance so Im tryin the actual waste gate.
Pre DDP 150's I would hit 35 lbs tops.
Post DDP 150's.. 36 lbs Tops.
So looking from on top, under the hood, I turned the bolt on the driver side of the actuater RIGHTY TIGHTY about 2 full turns. Kinda hard to get on it around here so havent got to test it yet, but this sound like the right way/amount to see a dif?
