Super B turbo on 12 valve.

I just ordered a used super B and was looking at a install page. The install page said it took some kind of modification to the 12 valve for it to fit. Does anyone know what this modification is? I found a picture of a hx35 and super B.

did you get a down pipe with it? Cause i think it uses the 4" v-band and the oil line is just a fitting you can take off and put on the super B

I got an hx40 downpipe from Rip with a 4" v-band clamp. I will have to look at the hx35 to see if the oil fitting is removable. thanks

if you have any more problems just call dave or pat at BD and you can get all the parts that you need to make it fit properly. also they will help you to tune the truck for the best useable power.

The only problem I run into installing Super B's, is the oil drain tube hits the the wastegate actuator rod. You just need to dent in the drain tube a little.

You also may have to loosen things up and clock it a bit to get the best position and fit.

Does the oil fitting just unscrew off or does it have to be pressed off?
