Stumble with new injectors

Hi, i recently installed 370 marine injectors in my 12v and just like I knew was going to happen there was a stumble at around 1200 rpms, this is normal. I then installed 191 delivery valves, which i was told would stop the stumble did not. I then installed a number 10 plate in stock position and it helped a little but it still stumbles. I have my boost maxed out reaching about 38-42 psi on wot. And another wierd thing is that i can not get my trucks egt's above 800 degrees, well not even that, more like 760. With the enhancements on my truch i think i would be atleast over 1000. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about a P pump and setting it up, but I would check your pyro wiring and probe. That combo should exceed 1200* at that kind of boost with a stock turbo.

thats what i thought as well. im sneak it up to my shop on base and reset the timing, because i think it slipped again, any other ideas what would cause it, if you read my prior thread about the overflow valve, maybe having it on the wrong side of the pump would screw it up, im at a loss and if this was one of our diesels in the shop i would just trash the engine and buy a new one, ahh the bliss of unlimited budget.

The timing will help with the stumble, but your EGT guage is probably still off. Timing will actually lower EGT's.

When you switched plates you may have the adjustment off. Make sure the gov arm isnt getting caught on the AFC limiting fueling. My 95 will make that kind of heat with less injector.
