Stumble with Jammer 5's!!!
Maybe this will get more looks/answers here...
After installing the injectors and bleeding the air out of the lines I now have a miss/stumble at all RPM's. It really stumbles bad above 2500 RPM's. (WOT!) Truck ran very smooth with the stock injector nozzles.
I went from the stockers to Jammer5 Nozzles and I took my time to make sure all parts were the same going in as they were coming out. The only issue I had was one of the copper washers turned sideways in the head and I had to use a pick to pull it out. It bent slightly so I replaced it with a new one!
There are no visible fuel leaks and fuel pressure is good according the Edge monitor! Not sure if a dirty sensor or boost leak would cause this or if my VP44 is causing it but I have no codes and no check engine light. Everything looks fine except the stumble!?!? Truck also seems like it turns over more before starting. Like the fuel lines are bleeding down!?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Josh

It makes sure all your injectors pop off at the same pressure. Injectors are shimmed if necessary to make sure they are consistent. Not having them properly set up and shimmed can cause all kinds of ill running effects, most noticeably a rough idle.
