just finished putting step bars on my truck. they are 4" Boss Bars from Putco. they are not the exact ones for my truck as they came off a quad cab, but hey they only cost me $25, i think i may end up with $70 wrapped up in the whole install. plus the extra length will help in accessing my tool box.

Here is what we have on our truck. Mostly so we can get in with bad legs, and hip. Running board with steps.

 

Storm I have that exact truck in a 97 model its nice to see another Green over gray.
