steering column gauge pod..

does anyone run a steering column single gauge pod in a second gen?? does it block the view of anything?

I have a pic of one in my gallery it does block last 400 rpm on the tach.

I find it blocks my 4x4 indicator, other wise its fine.

Got a pict of mine in my gallery too. Only thing I've noticed it blocking is the OD off indicator. I don't use 4x4 enough to even remember there is an indicator for it. Great location for my fuel psi.

i too have my FP gauge there. only blocks some indicator lights but i love it there since my x monitor is on the pillar.

How did you guys attach it to the column? Did you use the two sided tape or the plastic rivets?
I will be putting mine on very soon, i installed the temp sensor last weekend while the tranny was out. Just gotta wire and fire it.

well since im a total dork, i put some powder on the column and then placed the pod on there and pressed down. where ever there was powder on the pod i used velcro instead of the tape. i think 4 strips worked... works great...
