Ok we all know that South Bends are the best but I ran across this clutch that surprised me on the price??? Would this clutch hold good...The only mods I ever plan to put on is a Edge Drag Comp Box or soemthing similar in power and maybe far down the line a set of mild sticks....Would this hold to that and maybe a pull or two????

The link says it is a SBC. It also says it isn't for ETH trucks (HO engine).
I see you have an '02 with a 6 speed. If the six speed was there from the factory, you have an HO engine (HO engine and 6 speed tranny are the ETH/DEE order code options).
It says it is only rated to 350 HP. A mild set of sticks and and Edge Drag Comp would probably put you over that.
The HO engine is rated at 245 HP (at the crank). Mild means different things to different people, but I would say mild sticks are in the 60-90 HP range. That puts you over 300 alone. Don't know what the drag comp is rated at, but I bet you would be over the 350 HP.

Can't answer that for sure, as I don't follow the pulling stuff too often. Probably depends on how much pullin' versus street driving you do. Lots of folks are running the DD on the street (SBC offers a DD for pulling or one for street). When I upgrade mine, I plan on going with the CON OFE (450 HP/ 900 Ft. Lbs).
Probably best to call Peter at SBC and ask him.

Displacedtexan

and myself. i have driven a truck with a valair, 500 horse monster, I couldnt slip the clutch, it was a five speed as well. I wouldnt put their clutches up on a pedestal if they didnt hold, and these very well do hold..
