Hmmm... sounds like you either stacks or twins. Well, just make it both.

I use "bleach white" the stuff for white letter tires, it works wonders on the black stuff, beware it's a bit corrosive, so it helps to dilute it some to make sure the clearcoat & paint stay on!!! LOL it really does a good job though, Dusty
