no you cannot. The 12 valve is non-adjustable with a switch or a box.
because it uses mechanical injection.

There's lots of stuff you can do to a 12v for $0 dollarsto up the hp and make em smoke some. You can put a Valet switch on your p pump, but thats for when you have a lot of fuel turned to er and it helps cut back some for daily drivin

you could put a "t" in the line going to the afc. Put an anti drain valve in the line from the turbo or manifold so that air can only go towards the afc. In the second line put in an identical valve so that air can only go towards the afc. hook the other end to a solenoid and an air tank with 60 psi of air. When you activate the solenoid it will move the afc arm all the way forward at zero boost. That ought to make some smoke.

You could also do a "mystery switch" which will lock the converter, so you can lug it and smoke that way.

Is that AFC control only on the 12V motors? I don't seem to remember seeing any reference to that control on my 24V motor.
thanks

wrong the 12v is adjustable with a switch what do you think a valet switch is and does and you can make a smoke switch see above post, most just call it a mystery switch or torque converter lock up.

so if im understanding this correctly i do this:

1. take out the trans relay and put in a wire into the 2 plug-ins.

2.connect ground wire to b11 orange and balck wire.

3.hook it to a toogle switch in the cab and wal la. its done?

if i am worng can someone get me on the right path and also what kind of wire to use?

this is where the jumper wire goes

and you tap the b-11 and that goes into the cab and connected to a toggle switch and then a you have a ground going to a toggle switch also and thats it. and then when you flip your switch it send signal that the torque is being turned on or something and its locks the converter untill you unlock it.
also just remember that its unless you take it out of overdrive its gonna put your tranny into 4th gear when you lock that switch, if you take it out of overdrive its gonna be in 3rd then just to let you know.

yup you got it, lets say your driving at 25mph and you flip you switch to lock up you torque conveter, its gonna put into 4th gear and lock the converter, and untill you unlock it, its gonna be in 4th gear, and if you slow down to say 20mph and just mash the throttle, your truck might smoke some depending on what you have done to your truck, and when you take it out of overdrive aka 4th gear it then would lock in 3rd. if you have a built up tranny and aftermarket converter it will be a lot more fun otherwise im sure you will slip t he converter.
