Smoke from a 12V ???

Hey guys, you've helped me out with a LOT so far and im sure this question gets asked a lot but i havent been able to find what im looking for in the searches I do.

I'm trying to get decent smoke out of a 1997 CTD auto. As of now it's stock and the only smoke I see is when i lay into the throttle and i only get a puff, which is what I expected.

Is there anything I can tweak or buy to make some black come out??

I dont want it all the time, just when I lay into the throttle.

In a few weeks it's gonna be strait piped and have afe stage II hopefully.

hope you guys can help out!!

There are tons of ways to get more smoke! Do a search on starwheel and slide your fuel plate while your at it of more power.

With the injectors and fuel plate a tight tranny will get it to smoke more too.

Lots of places sell them (Piers Diesel to name one). I got a custom set from JL machining in Michigan.

Not unless you want to go stupid.

You can take you stock fuel plate and slide it forward or remove it and grind it into a 100 or 0 plate. If you are looking at aftermarket plates bully dog and piers should have them
