Smarty Questtion: SW3 vs SW5

I have been running on sw 3 ( 3k Truck Camper loaded ).

Loaded sw 5 to day ( empty )

The SW3 setting ( when truck was unloaded ) seemed to have more power than SW5 setting ( truck unloaded ).

There seems to be less low rpm power ( boost comes in later )
and less "pull" throughout the RPM range,

I thought sw 5 was a highr power level than sw3 ????

I think the HP level is the same , it's just where it comes in at.

last week towing 7k up a really steep gravel driveway SW3 was almost too much as the tires kept slipping even at very low speed.

I like to tow on SW3. actually it seems to be the best all around. I get a little better mileage on strictly town driving while I seem to get better mileage on SW1 if I drive more on the highway, unloaded.

Sw5 is great for ratting around. You can blow smoke, rip tires and generally have a good time wasting #2 haha It's a good tower too if not too heavy. I tow 7k max and its ok but I really like SW3 better.

I think SW7 andn SW9 are just for showing off.
