If you are going to tow a trailer (about 5000 lbs.) what would be the best setting on the Smarty?

 

I would say not the fuel saver mode. I plan on towing about 5k as well, and I will be using #5, (mainly due to a tranny issue I noticed and not sure if it will be a prob or not) unless something is said otherwise here. We'll see.....

 

auto or manual? i personally would leave it on 9, but i have a upgraded clutch. if your runnin an auto, id do 5, maybe 7. standard i would run 7 maybe 9. good luck man.
