Hey guys
Hoping someone may shed some light on this. Noticed shortly
after I installed a Transgo shift kit, that worked fine at first , but then it started short shifting 2-3. Goes through 1st to 2nd great and 3rd to OD great, and lock-up fine.
Hoping for a tranny guru in the crowd could shed some light.

Does it downshift when pressing the pedal to the floor?

the transgo throttle valve modification is very tricky... (grind here)

i had the same problem, i installed a sonnex throttle valve, and it solved the problem

BTW mine was short shifting 1-2, and 2-3

 

Sorry can't try truck till Monday or Tuesday going away for the weekend.

Anyways tell me where to find the sonnex throttle valve and or reading
material.

Does it downshift, yes it does, and very well.
Any thing else I can answer I'm all ears...

Guess I'll do a search on sonnex throttle valve.

how does it work? and where can i buy it $$?

doesnt if affect it?
