Don't think the CD version is available for the older rigs but you can get a printed one from the Tech Authority. It's in the US though.
Give them a call at 800-890-4038 and see what they recommend for Canada.
The price for '94-'96 printed manuals has dropped considerably, no excuses now.
Might check ebay for a CD version, they are bootleg though and folks do get busted selling them there occasionally. Just hope they don't have your money when it happens.

I just ordered one for my sons 94 from www.techauthority.com and it was $79 plus shipping.
