Scotty's fuel system fuel lines

I purchased scotty's high flow fuel system for my 2001 and I noticed that it comes with aeroquip fuel line. Does anyone know what the fuel line is made from? The reason I ask is I'm thinking of using biodiesel in my truck, but you can't use rubber for biodiesel fuel lines, they break down over time. I believe that you need to use fuel lines made from vitron. Anyone out there know what the aeroquip lines are made from? thanks.

It will depend on which hose you have. They have several different models. You did not state if it was stainless steel braided, socketless, or what have you.

Try looking here.

I've allways been interested in biodiesel, but never enough to look at it seriously until the fuel prices started getting so high! From what I've read out there they say that if your engine is post '93 you should be ok with your fuel lines. I just want to be sure about the aeroquip lines before I put them in.
