Yeah they seem to be a great pump, I've installed 5 raptors and not a problem with any.

Mine has been working reliably for about 6 months or so. The only thing I've done is boost the pressure a bit...simple as turning a screw.

I have been very happy with mine so far. I did however find that my adjustment screw had rusted stuck. I had to pull it out and put it in a vise to loosen it up. I have contacted them and they should send me a new screw as soon as I send them my serial #. Other than that its been great.

Buddies Raptor 150 blew the 25 amp fuse in the wire harness. Replaced it and it blew again. Put in a new fuse and it ran long enough to drive on a trailer and get it to to my shop. Started up to drive off the trailer once he got it there. I haven't been to the shop to check it out yet.

It blew another 25 AMP fuse so I put in a 30AMP curcuit breaker and it runs but the wires are getting hot. Checked the pump and it is to hot to touch. Shut the truck off removed the relay and ran a jumper from the fuse to yellow wire going to the pump to bypas the relay. Pump runs to hot to touch still.

It's definitely the pump. Is it still pumping and producing any volume and/or pressure? I'm wondering if it might be clogged or jammed.
