i feel for you guys, my buddy called me that he got the call about 2 hours before i did and that was killing me! i can only imagine 4 or 5 days!!

 

Heck i was waiting to hear of the first person that got a call and luckly i got the call the first day so i didn thave to wait no i have to wait for the box to ship!

 

Anyone got one yet?

They called me today and said that mine would ship out tomorrow so it should be here in a day or two.

I got a call.

Not sure if I'm going to tap the pump, truck's still stock otherwise. Might be prudent at this time.

 

There are a few on their way out.

We are still looking at the last 20 or so.

I can tell you that we need very few more 2001 trucks. We are looking at 02 and 99-00 trucks right now. I will probably use a max of another 4 or 5 2001 trucks.

Lotero, great job making the magazine. How hard was it to get in???

 

No word yet. I'm not in a huge hurry. I called them on Thursday to let them know that my truck was down and that if they had me scheduled to ship out on friday to give the slot to somone else. They said not to worry bout it and that there was no need to give anyone the spot. Even wished me luck on getting the truck back together. So here I sit still waiting on parts, so I can put the Dana 70 back together again. Maybe by Wednesday Fed Ex will show.
Luis I might be giving you a call if I can't get the setup right. Im gonna try it with just the stock shims and see where it gets me, I'm fairly confident that it'll be close enough that I should only have to do it like 5 times. LOL

 

as far as the magazine goes, i was just at the right dyno at the right time basically. one of the writer guys heard what i put down, saw the truck and told me he wanted to do a write up about it, right place right time thing basically...

yea chris i used stock shims and it got me close, but you remember i had to re shim alot of stuff anyway and those bastages sent me a dana 80 shim kit, anyway i have extras if you need em..

 

Hey quad quick question on the install.
How is it going to be compared to say a edge comp? Also what all will come with it like any little extra's to help with the instal or anything?

 

I also have a question. When the unit is mailed out, do we receive a email or phone call saying it has been shipped? Thank you
