Update: I just got in from being in the woods for a week...beard and all now. I had the replacement module waiting on me when I got home. I plugged it up and the PL's will change from 00 now. The gauge settings have different #'s now too. I didn't start it or run it yet....just too tired from some long days hunting. Will try her out tomorrow. I'll test the 6 setting program that came with the program first, maybe download one of the 10 setting ones after that. If you can get the comp software to me, I'll try that at least sometime this week.

Thanks for the help from Roark, Justin, and all the crew at Quadzilla, Matt

I've got an issue that has popped up with trying the different setting on the COMP software. Seems that It will stop fueling all of a sudden. I'll break down the situation and what i have done to get it working again.

On friday, the truck was acting like it has not fuel tap. Feels like timing only. I went ahead and played with all the settings and none of them would work, all felt the same. So I started clicking down till PL00. And started working my way up. Once I hit PL3 it started changing tones, and I could tell the fuel tap was working again. I didn't give it a whole lot of thought until it did it again to me today. I repeated the all the way down to PL00 and back up and there it was again fueling like mad. It seems kinda random and I think it is only happening if I turn the truck off on any level other than PL10. but I will verify tomorrow for sure. I think this might be the same siteuation that Liuis was running into but mine seems to come back after cycling off and then on again.

I know this box rocks and will pull hard, but has anyone done any mileage studies yet? I was on the road for a while today and according to my overhead running the mild new tt 1250 program I was looking at about 24-26 mpg with the cruise set on 65-70. I know this is not a real accurate reading, but it is usually close. I noticed too that the avg mpg went up. I have no way of knowing right now if this is true or not. I will have to keep trying diff files and record some readings. All has changed now since I installed new injectors last Fri. By the way my wife thanks everyone on this site for my recent diesel addiction

With any fueling box those milage readings on the overhead console are not even close. Mine usually says I'm getting 50+mpg.....yeah, I wish. Especially with the new super fancy diesel for $3.19 a gallon..... BTW, after my gear change depending on how heavy my foot is, I'm getting 18-20 mpg now. Curious how the Quad box will do. Keep it off the fuel pump settings and those should be the best. The higher timing tunes should maximize milage I'd think. Maybe Quad can give us a tune with level PL01 as a mileage miser, then the aggressive tunes on up?

Altho mileage is not my primary objective it would be nice. I realize this box is not intended for that, but I was thinking I was having a great day if my mileage goes up

I loaded a program that defuels at 1250 earlier today.....it works great. I could feel it defueling and it stayed right around 1250*. I also managed to blow my intake manifold gasket playing around. Hopefully I can get one locally tomorrow.

I'm up about 1-1 1/2 MPG at 70 on the highway with 4:10 gears on Level 2...not a measurable increase in city driving but I think that's a function of my larger tires...

The turbo timers work great. The only problem I have had with one is I did not let it time out before I put the key back in and drove. I had to unplug the box to reset. It would not turn off with the pedal. Now if I happen to make a short stop, I make sure I cancel the timer by hitting the accelerator pedal, then start the truck.

Believe it or not you ARE running the pump dry. It runs out of fuel due to not being able to replenish the supply to the VP...this happens for me at approx 2600-2800rpm, I bet your boost and EGTs fall too. The response and power down low feels assume, but once thats burned up and the pump cylinders can't get replenished for the upper RPMs, it tappers off quick. It has nothing to do with FP (provided your not to low), but the ability of the cylinders to stay open long enough to replenish after it shoots it's wad....so to speak.
