Is it an auto or manual?
Manual you will need a clutch.
Auto you will need a VB and TC.
As with every 24v you need to address the fuel system. The Airdog is a good choice or FASS.

I started with the EZ and the route I took when I got bit by the bug was built tranny, (heavy duty clutch would do for now but then vb and tc soon after.)
Then I got the juice/attitude and FASS 150/150 at the same time to save from problems.
Next for me is a phat shaft 62 with 120 sticks exhaust mani and head studs.
Everything has worked great and been runnin smooth for me so far.

i have 5 reg. gears and i have a box on the end of my trans that has changes the gear ratio in the trans for higher gears.. i will get better info on hear tomorrow for it. it makes a big dif. on the highway. its lowered the rpms by about 6 hund. its like an overdrive
In addition to your boost and EGT gauges, you also want a fuel pressure gauge. Your stock lift pump is prone to failure, and the fuel pressure gauge will give you advance warning of that. If your lift pump fails (or just fails to provide the minimum pressure to the injection pump for long enough), then your injection pump fails soon after.
A lot of guys will just carry a spare lift pump, or install a "pusher pump" (another stock, or similar lift pump down by the tank), but I ditched the stock pump completely in favor of a FASS 150. Some guys prefer a similar unit called an Air Dog. They're both bulletproof, extremely strong lift pumps, and I'd recommend going with either one of them.
After that, some Formula 1 injectors, probably either the Mach 1s or Mach 1.6s since you tow. You should also consider a stronger clutch, perhaps even before the injectors. Southbend has great clutches, and I'd recommend one of theirs hands down.
What brand of gear splitter do you have? I seem to recall there were two major players in that market, Gear Vendors and another one. One was a clutch design, and the other was a gear design, but I don't remember which was which. If you have the clutch design model and you get bigger injectors you may have to be careful with the splitter engaged while towing, or you could overwhelm the clutch in it.
