Question about my setup

I have a 2000 24valve a quadzilla xzt, bd 75 horse injectors, and a bd super b single turbo. What kind of boost should i be seeing? With the wastegate line clamped i can only get about 33 pounds max. I have done a boost leak test with an adapter that i made. I can hear no leaks in the intercooler or boots. I think i should be seeing more boost, or am i thinking too high of my setup. Any input would be appreciated.

You should see more boost than that. Are you running out of fuel? What's your lift pump fuel pressure?

lift pump pressure is 13 psi WOT 15-18 at idle. It is a raptor RP150. I am with you in thinking that i should be seeing more, however i do not know what is wrong.

Are you tapped to the injector pump wire?
Are you running a 4" exhaust system?

At about 350 hp (max), with a great turbo for that level, I'm not sure you should see much more boost.
At 350 hp, with the factory HY-35, I think I pulled 38 psi or so. (much smaller turbo). How are EGT's at WOT. If not high, you're in good shape.

That turbo moves a lot of air for it's size, as evidenced by your egt's.
Room to grow, hp-wise, which is excellent. If you had a leak, your egt's would be much higher.
Not maxing out your turbo (about 40 psi) means cooler, denser air charge..... Excellent.

X2. I have been impressed with my super B so far. With whats in my sig... playin around on the freeway with goin WOT, highest temp ive seen is 1204 at 35 lbs boost.
Which makes me exstatic.
Id say as long as you have the trans to hold it, IMO, your good to look at a bigger chip or injectors if your wantin more power.
