my old truck, 2002, had a quad max mileage module on it, i have since sold the truck but kept the box, will it work on any earlier year dodges or not?
my buddy has a 1998.5 and wants to know if he can use it

so i checked with quadzilla,
here is what they said
it is compatible with the 2001 you just need a different map sensor
it is not compatible with 98-99 trucks as you need a whole new harness and there is a "jumper on the board that must be removed for the module to work properly" what ever that means

 

Yes it will work but you will have to order a new cable. I just put a 2001 on my 1999. I just ordered a cable from Quad . It was like $40.00
