Hey guys i finally bit the bullet and picked one of these modules up. One question though. Before when i had my edge juice i could spool easily 38 psi now with the quad i can only get around 30. it runs good don't get me wrong but just wondering if its because quad uses timing more instead of fuel? i have an adjustable elbow and i even closed it all the way and still the same thing. also my truck doesn't smoke nearly as bad as when i had my juice? I'm rechecking my pump tap tomorrow also just to make sure. thanks Mario

 

did you get the adrenaline? Im pushin like 43psi in my truck and she smokes preatty good

 

double check your wire tap. can you feel the difference between PL02 and higher levels?

 

I have only run mine once with the Adrenaline and that was with a Beta Comp tune. With my juice I could hit my wastegate setting at 42 psi. I havn't really romped on it yet with the Adrenaline because that tune sucked and truck was stumbling and acting wierd. I did however notice that the control pod was registering boost pressure a lot later that my attitude monitor was and it seemed like I was having a harder time bringing the boost up. Like I said though I didn't go wide open with her either. I had a couple codes dealing with the map sensor after I installed the Adrenaline. Cleared them and havn't had them come back. I think I will hook up a manual gauge, take it out and compare the control pod reading with the manual gauge.

 

Yea i did get the adrenaline. I'm going to check that tap today ,should i hard wire a pig tail off of it?

 

I got more boost with the Adrenaline than I did with my Edge Juice. Picked up 2PSI at peak boost. And it got there quicker!

 

i fixed the prob guys it was inside of the black module that you hook to you computer. there was a little white ectrode that was broken on te board i soldererd it and its perfect now!!!

 

Thats two poorly soldered or mildly burned electrodes in over 2000 boxes, quadzilla must have pretty good quality control.

 

SO, how many psi is it actually making now? .....the public wants answers!?!?!?
