my box has been working great for the past few weeks with my new vp on but yesterday it stumbled on PL6 and then PL 2-10 became all same power as 2. i checked the stealth box connection and cleaned it up it worked again but today when i turned it up same thing happened it dropped back on to pl2 power.

could it be anything aside from the wire tap

Sounds like the wire tap, pull the insulation back and solder the connection and heat shrink the connection. They have been known to vibrate loose.

 

What do you mean by "stumbled"?

 

felt like it was flipping between pl 2-6 if that was possable, checked stealth cover seemed like it may have backed off again. thanks for the replys

 

You sure you screwed the allen key in far enough before tightening the locknut?

 

it had backed out that was the problem thanks
