Ok i have been trying to get this thing updated many of times. ive tried a windows vista 32 bit and a windows xp computer and i cant get through the setup wizard with out coming across a problem. On the xp it says something about a cd-rom which i never heard of from anybody or saw anything on it, And the vista it cand find any drivers for it and im getting fed up with it cause its probly something im doing wrong so please help with any thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

look carfully throught the directions. Mine does the same thing where it does not find the device. You have to type a certain place to open the program.

 

Like Fern said, follow the directions very carefully, step by step. There is one step where you may have to enter in a location for the driver to be patched to. If one step gets messed up then you have to do it all over again.
