hey, my pyrometer is only reading 1150 for temp, so do you think that i could grind my #100 plate almost down to a #0?

Seriously, that's assuming your thermocouple is mounted pre-turbo.

You probably could grind it to a zero without hurting anything. You'll just have to watch your EGT's a little closer.

ya, its right before the turbo, so a #0 plate should give me a lot more power to, whats the highest EGT i can go?

The 0 will give you more power on the bottom end, but will be about the same on the top end. 1250 is the max sustained EGT's you can run, but you can go alot higher than that as long as you do it for very short spans of time.

i couldnt imagine how many times i went to 1800 for about 10 second bursts on my 02.......i know it was slowly killing it,but,it never had a hiccup.............bama
