Does the recon monitor and pulse monitor differ that much regarding features? Is the Row J program be available with the basic Adrenaline? I understand the Pulse allows the user to customize different elements and can store best times but for the ones who have used both what other differences have yall noticed?

Can't comment on comparison with Pulse...never had a Commander.
But the RowJ tune is available on Quad's web site.... See ADR2000 tune. I'm fairly sure it works with basic Adrenaline.
