Are the people that have these happy with them, and will they last? Does anybody have installations instructions? I need some way to control rpm for a PTO. Thank you

Practical Solutions

I liked the one I had on my 01. Worked well. I just "T"s into the TPS harness really simple install. It will do what you need it too.

 

i have one on my truck... its simple... just flip hte switch and tap the gas... never ever had a problem with it. sure comes in handy at times too.

 

Can someone explain more about how this high idle works? And how much does it costs?

 

It T's into the Throttle Position sensor (apps) harness with factory clips. Dont have to cut any wires. Run the supplied wiring harness through the firewall and mount the little control box on the knee bolster. Turn the **** on the control box and it sends a signal to apps to raise the rpm. I cant remember exactly but I think you can raise the idle rpms up to round 1500rpm maybe more.
