I thing the first set of pins on the far left gives you 80 or 85. Call edge products and ask for justin. He can tell you

Re:power edge ez- level 5 & 6

There are no more power levels AFAIK, but the second set of jumpers determines responsiveness. (AKA low boost fueling) to be able to detune the low boost fuel for very big injectors.

Just my 2c

Here are the other jumper settings ::: ++: is 80HP
+:: +:: is 75HP

I have not had one do it, but the 75 and 80 settings have caused some seal failures in the rail. I don't set them up that high for customers.

Must remember, this is a 2003 EZ he is referring to.

Different animal than used for our old fashioned 2nd Gen 24Valvers.

Those are the settings for the 03, the 98-02 adjustments only control low boost fueling. On the 03's the pin position determines rail pressure.

I had to grind the end of my elbow off. The barbed end was too long and would hit the turbo houing when trying to screw it in.

Re:power edge ez- level 5 & 6

On all the earlier 03 EZ's the elbow was long, it is odd because some trucks required you to cut one barb off and others didn't. Now all the new EZ's have it cut off already.

This is the first I've heard of this, Chace. Did the info come from Edge? We've got about 75 of these critters on the street, pretty much all in the 80 pony setting, and nary a problem.

Re:power edge ez- level 5 & 6

Is it safe to run the boost elbow without the edge ez hooked up, how about going to the dealer should this be removed or is it ok to leave in?
thanks again
