How much did you DYNO?

I am having a Full DTT installed on Monday the 29th of september and I hav a set of DD1's I am going to install after that. I already have and EZ installed. Installed it at 100,000 miles. With 196,500 miles on the stock tranny now it is time for the DTT. Anyway my question is you guys with a DTT, EZ and DD1's what kind of HP and Torque are you seeing? I am looking for actual Dyno runs not just what the companies that are selling these products are advertising. Thanks for your help.

Re:How much did you DYNO?

I had that setup for awhile and changed to the comp and 275's. You should be around 300 hp.

275 to 285hp.

It will also depend on which type of dyno you jump on.

Re:How much did you DYNO?

KatDiesel........Thats only a 65HP gain over stock.........Where is the power loss going? Or are the HP claims for the manufaturers exagerted a bit?

Re:How much did you DYNO?

Well your starting with a 215hp Flywheel rating. When you dyno it it will be 180hp rear wheel or so all stock. (just a guesstimate)

Add in your Edge with is 30 to 35hp (peak) gain. Add in your DDI's which will show 60hp easy.

The claims aren't exagerated you just have to know how to "read" them. The EZ only adds 30hp to the peak number, but in the lower RPMs it will net the 65hp they claim. Wanna test it, compare your graphs with it connected and disconnected. The DD ratings are all dyno verified (on their Dynojet of course) so you know what you are getting.

But bear in mind each truck can be different, some have "more power" some have "less power".

Re:How much did you DYNO?

CumminsPuller,

I had mine dyno'd over the weekend and got 324/775. All I have is an EZ and BD Stage 1's (40 horse I think). I have a 01.5 ETH and it was done on a DynoJet.

Stage I's in the ETH motor is worth alot more then 40hp. Closer to 75hp. You can't compare an ETH vs ETC when looking for a comparision of products.

Thanks Kat, I had taken that into consideration when Ben posted that.
