Is it possible to hear...

Is it possible to hear the exhaust in side of the downpipe when you are inside the cap? I had my windows up today and I can hear the weiredest sound from the pass side area only under boost. It almost sounds like a gas engine with valve train noise . I do have a large turbo with no wastegate and a four inch d-pipe. It does it only under partial to full boost. Any comment is welcome. Thanks. JIM

first thought that comes to mind is the bearings in the turbo getting loose? I would check the turbo first... Just my 2 cents...

How many miles do you have?

I heard a few stories about the valve needing adjustment early on the 2nd Gen's but this is a wild guess at best...
