An upgraded lift pump, trans work or clutch, injectors, bigger turbo(s).

LP isn't going to affect your mpg but help supply adequate fuel to your VP/engine! I'd stick w/the Adrenaline, it's one of the best programmers IMO. Johnnyb is correct also.

I have a Smarty on mine with the Air Dog II 150gph, getting 22.5 mpg right now. Schied has some really good injectors if you want to check those out. Industrial Injection has pretty good turbo's also. If you get a bigger turbo you need to watch your head and intercooler if it is stock. Stock intercoolers pop at about 45-50 psi. Your head will pop soon after that. Be prepared to spend money!

drop in a set of Mach 1.6s from f1 I have a smarty and 1.6s and get 23+mpg.wife has nailed 26 a few times with smarty on fuel econ mode (hand calced) last time it was on a dyno it made 335/800 on #2 only. But after 3 years the head gasket started to leak so I dropped in some ARPs all is good now

just had my fass 150 die on me this month. Its from 2003, the motor was seized solid. I'm looking for a decent replace myself, sure hope I don't have to buy a new unit.

JMO! Holley blue w/regulator and spin-on pre-filter. $150 All aftermarket LPs work well just build it to what your budget can handle. And if you don't have gauges get them first!
