p pump conversion

I was just wondering what I would all need to put a p pump and toss the vp44. I know I need a pump and new fuel lines. Do I need a new front cover and pump gear or what. this is what I don't know.

You need P-pump & lines
New front gear houseing
New Pump Gear
New p-pump brackets
Oil lines for ppump
grid heater spacer
Injectors changed to ppump pressures
throttle linkage for a ppump and you can youse your stock cable you just have to do a little work to it but it works

I did mine this may and ill be honest i hated it at first there is so much tuneing to get right i had mine set at 20* timeing for the first 4 months and it made 366 hp 998 fpt and ran like crap but now i have the timeing advanced to 28* and it runs very nice.... so what im saying is if you plan on doing this your gonna have to run some timeing id say at least 23* so your gonna need firerings or orings

What pump are you using and what method of timing are your using? I ran mine at 15.5 degrees for a long time and ran just fine. Both on VP and p-pump injectors.
