I found an ad for a edge comp and a 5inch turbo back exhaust system for a very good price,but is the 5inch over kill for this set up. :-

 

IMO and experience (limited) the 5" is overkill untill you decide you want a HUGE single charger or twins.

4" will be the sweet spot for your application and 5" will slow your spool up a little.

4 or 5 will be an improvement over stock.

Seriously though, if a MAJOR turbo upgrade is in the works than the 5" will be good. Major being bigger than an HX40 or B1.

Really depends on where you plan on going with your bombs...

I agree, a 5" will actually hurt performance if u are under 500 H.P.

 

I guess I will call to see if they offer the box with a 4inch system,because I do not plan on much more in the mod dept.the race car needs loving to. ;D

 

5" is going to hurt performance until 500 H.P. and only help over 550 H.P. this is just a fact of life. I was over 500 when I added the 5" and it was no real help now with the twins I need the 5".
