Which one first??

Do i to the cam and head work first (studs, o rings, gasket, rebuilt head)

OR

do i stick the twins on there and just wastgate them down to 45 psi?

Also, im kinda worried about my water temperature when i start to run the big hp. So when i have the front end pulled apart to replace the cam, what can i do about it/upgrade to?

Do the cam, headwork, and prep first.

I did the actual twins first

now its not much fun, i cannot push these things to their full potential, Im worried bout my water temp too, Just look up my thead on cooling system upgrades, i now run at 1/2 temp gauge all the time now and well i dont like it,

I think you'll notice a difference with the cam even if max hp isn't any higher. Between the wider powerband, lower egts (more usable power), improved spool- the truck will pull harder. Thats why I want a cam. Are you planning on getting the mechanical lift pump too?

Hmm, I'm wondering how many guys upgrade their radiator? Might be worth looking into considering how you use your truck.
