Whats the prices differences on the VP's? After having a II HRVP, I'd reccomend the SO Pump. Thats just me, though.

the basic extra power of a hotrod vp is from added timing isn't it? If so you allready have a box that adds timing. From everything Ive read most people recomend the so vp.

Just get a stock so pump and put the extra 600 into a turbo or injectors. As for the lp, any will do. I run the walbro from glacier diesel and couldnt be happier.

I really can't say for sure on LP's, but I'm in the market today too and I'm totally at odds with myself trying to choose between the Raptor and AirDog.

Soooo....subscribed.

another vote for buying a so pump... i bought an II HRVp44 and everyone is right... for the extra 600 bucks you could buy injectors or something else .. go with the standard output pump

good luck

Chris

I'd recommend the Airdog. Much cheaper than FASS system, great warranty, and great customer service. If they had been cheaper when I was in the market for a new lift pump, thats what I would have went with.
