Offset difference between 02 and 03 factory alloys???

Offset difference between 02 and 03 factory alloys???
Want to mount 05 factory 17" on my 02 with 315s , and I think the factory 17s sit in more than the factory 16s but I'm not sure and that would make them rub everything wouldn't it ????. Anyone have any experiance with this before I go and buy some 315/70/17 BFGs and find out there no good. Pic would be nice. Thanks
