I'd think any reputable machine shop that builds (even specializes in) performance engines (gas, not just diesel) would be more than capable. The key is finding a "reputable" shop, which I know is harder than it sounds, but, not impossible. There's some diesel business that sends my brother-in-law all their machine work. My brother-in-law owns a performance machine shop that gets stuff like that all the time. It's usually all head and block work that comes in from this other place and I have seen him do this proceedure. Unfortunately, we're in PA, so that's why I have no problem saying find a good machine shop locally...shipping cost got to be a killer. Any competent machinest should have no problem doing it providing he has the tool for cutting the grooves.
