At the truck show this weekend I saw some dodges with plastic liners that go under the wheel wells, so when you look at the truck from the side you cant see into the underneath of the truck. all you really see is the tires. does anyone know what im trying to explain?

I believe you are referring to the flexible plastic Mopar rear wheel well liners, which are black in color.

The Mopar part number for the rear wheel well liners is 82207367AB. The kit will have the liners and the assembly hardware to install them. No drilling is required.
