so I moved my plate all the way forward, turned the star wheel all the way forward, and moved the housing forward, there isn't that much smoke and boost only goes to 25 psi. whats the deal? how are you guys getting 35+ psi by doing this? <br><br>Lance<br>95 2500 12V

 

Bigger turbo's or Clamp wastegate shut.

 

I only hit 25 psi with the WG clamped shut and the stock fuel plate slid all the way forward. just a new fuel plate later and 370 injectors and I see 40 all day long. Not really good for the stock turbo but I plan on a different one next year.<br>DM01<br>But I have the 180hp pump so if your is the 215hp then it should pull more boost with the stock plate.

 

I noticed that the hose attached to the waste gate was loose. Will this affect my boost?

 

I forgot to say that I clamped the hose shut that goes to the wastegate also.<br><br>Lance
