I ordered a XZT+ with Recon last week. When I went to pick it up, dealer said that they no longer make/carry XZT+, and I got an adreneline with pulse controller for the same price? Not that I am complaining, I mean this is suppose to be twice or more the umph the xzt+, but I really dont need it and just wondering what gives. Not sure I can live with the 100+ HP and 400 ft lbs of torque, but I guess we will see right? Just wondering if anyone else has heard of this. For the price, I cant complain.

 

Something tells me your dealer operating with some bad information. AFAIK only the XZT has been discontinued with the release of the XZT+. With the Plus being less than a year old I doubt that Quad would have already dropped it, especially since his website still lists it as available.

Thats what I figured, but when he offered me the adreneline deal, I couldnt refuse. Just got it installed. WOW! I dont really need anywhere near that much extra giddy up, but it sure is cool.

qzilla, is there a listing somewhere of what each number actually does, as far as timing, fuel, etc. etc. I am assuming 1 or 2 is the "mileage max" setting.

 

I would be sure to send that "dealer" a Christmas card this year.
