Nitrous

I just finished plumbing in a Nitrous Express 2 stage system on my truck and I have no idea where to start on the jetting, suggestions? I am going to use one of the stages to inject into the intake and the other to a cooler ring in front of the intercooler.

Id say iwht the fuel you have ur smokin pretty good. I'd start with a 100 in the intake and 50 at the intercooler.

I have six jets that came with the system. They are marked as 41, 78, 28, 62, 110,52. Are these hp ratings, flow artings or just orifice size?

I don't think you get much gain from the cooler ring. Most guys install a nozzle prior to the inlet side of the intercooler. You can weld a bung and tap for your nozzle on the intercooler pipe or tap the passenger side tank of the intercooler. The other nozzle can be put into the airhorn, you'll have to take your water/meth system into account, spraying too close might freeze the water. Start off with at least a .52 in the intercooler and a smaller jet at the airhorn.

I have the w/m mounted in each one of the intake runners on the banks intake right where they drop intot he enginr. Thet are actually on the elbows and mounted at a 45 angle and I have the nitrous nozzle mounted about an inch after the boot on the intake. I hope this is far enough as it is about as far apart as I can get them on the intake. Thank you, I didnt even think about freezing the water.

Mike is right, I wouldn't bother with the "ring"

... and spray the majority pre-CAC, where it'll do the most good.

We don't recommend spraying NO2 into the airhorn if you're injecting H2O/CH3OH - freezing the water isn't the only concern; a more important issue is cooling the intake charge to the point of promoting insufficient/inefficient combustion chamber ignition - CTDs like a hot piston crown (just not melted! )

Try to keep the airhorn IAT over 60*F
