Had my 2001.5 looked at last thursday,needed a VP44,they ordered it ,came in yesterday got it put on today,while they were at it they enabled the high idle, all under warrenty,95000KM,going down to minus 15 tonite,hope the 3 cyl. thing cuts in in the morning, love to hear it. what symptoms prompted you to have it checked?

 

Bought the truck new in 2001,ran a fuel pressure gauge ont all the time,PSI never ever changed,always 14 PSI at idle,10 PSI at 65 MPH. In the past year it would go into limp mode (no throttle response) I would shut the key off and restart and it would work perfect till it did it again which might have been next week or next month. Fuel pressure is running 1# pressure less today after the new injection pump was put on.
