Hi guys, I'm having the tranny in my 98.5 rebuilt. Well you guys were right about Injectors + EZ = tranny slippage. Well the guy up here that does some of the local drag racers and most of the sled pullers likes to use BD torque converters and valve bodies and I was wondering if anyone here has used these parts? If so, have ya had good or bad luck with them?

Whole mess of guys have used 'em...doesn't appear that many use BD stuff anymore, there are several outfits that make better TC's and VB's than BD does.

 

Oh well... I talked to the guy that is doing the build up and he already has the VB and the TC is on the way so I guess I'm using BD. He said the TC that I'm going to have in my truck is rated from 301-550 hp. I hope to have it finished next week. I'll keep ya posted.
